- What is the best way to apply for a job at BloodSource?
- Please apply via our website at www.bloodsource.org. Select the "Jobs/Careers" section located at the top of the page. From there, you can review all current job openings and apply on line to the positions you are interested in.
- How long will it be until I hear about my application?
- Once your resume is received by BloodSource, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment immediately. From that point, if we are interested in talking with you regarding any of our open positions, one of our Recruiters will contact you. This process can sometimes take 2-3 weeks based on the volume of resumes we receive.
- How can I check the status of my resume?
- Once your resume is received by BloodSource you will receive an e-mail ackowledgement. That is your update and confirmation that we have received your resume. From that point, if we are interested in talking with you about a specific position a Recruiter will contact you.
- How long will my resume be kept on file?
- Your resume will remain active in our database for up to six months. However, if there are specific positions you are interested in it is best to apply directly to those positions via our website.
- Will I be able to change my contact information or resume once I apply?
- Yes. If you applied online, you will receive an email with your user name and password. This information will enable you to return to our website to make changes to your information, update your resume, or apply for additional positions.
- What if I forgot my password?
- From the Jobs/Careers page, select "Positions Available", then click "Click Here" following the question, "Don’t remember your password?" and your password will be emailed to you.
- Do I have to complete all the fields in the online application process?
- No. However, certain fields are required and the required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
- How do I submit my resume online?
- While registering in the Jobs/Careers section, you can cut and paste your resume from a Word document into the resume space when creating your profile or type your information into the resume field.
- Can I search positions just in my town?
- Yes. From the Positions Available page, select the location for which you would like to and click Search. This will show you only the positions available in a specific location.
