In the event of any dispute or action arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement, or to enforce the terms of this Agreement, you hereby accept and submit to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of California for the County of Sacramento, or, if that court lacks jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute, to the jurisdiction of the United States District for the Eastern District of California, and irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection which you may now or hereafter have to the laying of the venue of any such action or proceeding brought in such a court and any claim that any such action or proceeding brought in such a court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
BloodSource does not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from its web site about children under age 13. If BloodSource learns that it has received personal information on a child under the age of 13, it will delete the information from its systems.
BloodSource values your privacy. Any private or confidential information that you provide to BloodSource by your use of this Website shall be treated and protected in accordance with BloodSource’s Privacy Policy.
